In the summer of 2024, I had the amazing privilege of visiting Guatemala for the first time with my church team. From the moment I arrived, I fell in love with the country, the people, and the heart of the mission field. This past summer, I was blessed with the opportunity to return and serve for four weeks alongside the Hands of Hope International team. While I was there, I not only had the joy of sharing the Gospel and building meaningful relationships, but I also got to capture such special moments from behind the camera lens. Before starting my internship, I had been praying that God would reveal His calling over my life and give me a deeper understanding of His plan. After the most amazing four weeks, the Lord made it clear: He is calling me into missions. He gave me direction, peace, and a stronger faith to trust that His plan is always best. Through this journey, I’ve learned that when we boldly say “yes” to the Lord, He opens doors we never imagined. The joy, peace, and purpose that come from obedience to Him truly make all the difference. My heart’s desire is to keep saying “yes” and to live a life that reflects His love wherever He leads.
