HANDS OF HOPE INTERNATIONAL

Here at Hands of Hope International, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world around you is a little step of faith. This journey began all the way back in 2000 and with a little nudge from two more mission trips in 2016 and 2019, it was very apparent that God was directing us to establish an international missions ministry. Now with amazing partners and team members, we are determined more than ever to help make an impact in the world around us - starting in Guatemala.

Our main focus is to fulfill God's call in His mission. As our team serves here in Guatemala, we trust God will lead us to different villages so we can help supply life essentials and biblical education to families - specifically widows and children. There are a few key communities that we are currently serving in weekly - El Astillero, San Bartolome, Agua Escondida and Santo Domingo Xenacoj. We also offer team ministry in hosting short-term mission trips. Our organization will schedule everything the mission groups need to participate in outreach events by serving the local community in multiple ways - providing humanitarian aid with food programs, supplying clean water filter systems, installing wood burning cook stoves, hosting bible teaching and kids events, offering medical care and so much more.

Overall, we want to meet needs allowing us to build relationships and share the gospel in a real tangible way that leads to generational life change.

The core of our efforts is to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to others by living our lives in such a way that people don't just hear about Jesus, they see Him through the obedience to serve and love others. As Christians, we are challenged to live as the 'Hands' and 'Feet' of Jesus - every day... and that's who we want to be here at Hands of Hope.
